These include recruitment and selection, induction and development processes, salary and reward policy, together with welfare services.
Learning and Development
Burges Salmon is committed to the training and development of all its people. From a designated training centre, the team provide a comprehensive range of training courses which include 'black letter' law seminars, IT training and professional and personal development courses.
