Office Services
Office services is a group of approximately 35 staff working in teams ensuring that our staff receive the most efficient and professional service possible. The range of services provided includes anything from a paper clip to large scale document production and even the provision of state of the art video conferencing facilities.
The team works together as a whole although each has its own specific area of responsibility. The teams are:
- Legal Support - represents the largest team in the office services group and has a wide and varying range of responsibilities. This includes internal and external mail services, fax and courier services as well as a full reprographic service which includes the management of the firm's photocopiers. The team also manages the purchase and supply of all stationery;
- Reception - provide a key service to our clients and other visitors. This includes the management of meeting rooms, taxi bookings and co-ordination of client car parking facilities; and
- Switchboard - a team of four staff operates an Avaya switchboard which handles between 700 and 900 incoming calls each day.
