Camilla trained with Burges Salmon and joined the Corporate Finance Group on qualification in 2000. She specialises in the following practice areas:

Camilla acts for a wide range of UK and international clients, including public and private companies, partnerships, industrial and provident societies (co-ops) and private individuals. She has particular expertise in complex schemes of arrangement, capital reductions and industrial and provident society law. Camilla is also a member of the firm's Energy and Food & Farming sector teams which gives her a much deeper understanding of the issues facing businesses operating in these sectors in particular.
