- Acting for a large international company in a fatal accident investigation, including advising on the application of the Corporate Manslaughter and Homicide Act 2007
- Acting for a contractor in adjudication proceedings relating to claims for extensions of time and associated loss and expense claims
- Advising a renewable energy company on the regulatory framework for safety for onshore and offshore projects
