Sarah joined Burges Salmon as a trainee solicitor in August 2000 and qualified into the employment team in September 2002.
Whilst all members of the employment team provide advice on both contentious and non-contentious matters to public and private sector and individual clients, Sarah specialises in the following practice areas:
- employment tribunals, advising clients through all stages of Employment Tribunal claims including advocacy
- resolution of employment disputes
- general employment matters including grievances, investigations and disciplinary matters and employee exits
- diversity/discrimination issues
- client training
