Carbon Reduction Commitment - changes to the proposals

The Government has now published its response to the Carbon Reduction Commitment (CRC) consultation that closed in June 2009, which announces some fundamental changes to the proposed structure of the CRC scheme.
The response has made a number of significant changes to the structure of the CRC scheme that was proposed in the Consultation document.
This note summarises the key changes to the CRC proposals as announced on 7th October 2009.
