Electricity and Gas (Carbon Emissions Reduction) Amendment Order 2009

Gas and electricity providers with over 50,000 customers are required by this Order to promote law carbon and energy efficiency measures. This is part of the means to deliver Carbon Emissions reduction Targets or CERTs.
