Burges Salmon Lawyer are Legal Editors of Key Guide for the Construction Industry

The "Environmental Good Practice On Site Guide" published by CIRIA is one of the construction industry's best known publications.   The guide is a user-friendly reference and training aid for the construction industry and provides practical advice about managing activities on construction and demolition sites to minimise environmental impacts.  Burges Salmon lawyers Ross Fairley and Simon Tilling were members of the project steering group and provided advice on the legal sections of the publication.  Ross Fairley is a partner at Burges Salmon and head of the Environment and Energy Team.  Simon Tilling is an associate in the Environment and Energy Team and regularly advises on environmental compliance during major projects.
