We have advised ECI on various transactions, including on the £61 million acquisition of Clinsys, a leading pan-European supplier of Laboratory Information Management Systems to the healthcare market, on the sale of Anix Holdings Limited to Xploite Plc for £10.45 million and on the sale of Bounty Group Limited, the Uk's largest parenting club, to Kaboose Inc. for £70 million.
A-Gas
We advised the vendors and management on the £32 million secondary MBO of A-Gas International Holdings Limited, a leading independent global distributor of speciality gases and chemicals to the refrigeration and insulation foam industries on a deal backed by Close Brothers Growth Capital and Barclays Bank.
Carbon Trust
We advised Carbon Trust Enterprises on its joint venture with Scottish and Southern Energy Plc to support InSource Energy Limited - a bio-waste to energy business created by the Carbon Trust.
West Cornwall Pasty Co Limited
We advised on the disposal of West Cornwall Pasty Co Limited for £28m to a management buyout team backed by Gresham Private Equity.
Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance
We advised Bank of Scotland Integrated Finance Division on the £70 million debt and equity investment on its MBO of McCann Homes Limited and on the £42 million MBO of Securistyle Holdings Limited.
Capmark
We regularly advise Capmark EI (Ireland) Limited on equity investments in property related joint ventures.
Royal Bank of Scotland Plc
We advised Royal Bank of Scotland Plc on their combined debt and equity funding of the management buy out of Monitor Audio Limited, a global specialist in hi-fi loudspeaker design.
Premier Medical Group
We advised certain of their management on their investment on Premier Medical Group Limited, the acquistion vehicle used to eefect the merger of Premier Medical Limited and Medico-Legal Reporting to create the UK's largest provider of medical opinion, a £27 million deal backed by growth capital from Nomura Private Equity.
Octopus Investments
We advised Octopus Investments Limited on its £5.5 million investment in NPI Media Group to facilitate the acquisitions of two of its key competitors and on Octopus' subsequent additional equity investment of £1 million.
The IPL Group
We advised on the vendor assisted MBO of the IPL Group, a provider of software development, consultancy and systems integration services.
