Falle joined Burges Salmon in April 2008 having trained in Bristol and Taunton with Clarke Willmott. She works in the Commercial Department and specialises in the following practice areas:

Her work focuses on supporting clients in the aerospace & defence and public sectors. She specialises in large infrastructure projects and procurement.
Experience includes:
- currently advising the Ministry of Defence and the Department of Transport on the £3-5 billion search and rescue helicopter PFI for the UK and Falkland Islands;
- advising the Department for Communities and Local Governmenton the procurement of the Pan-Governmental Agreement for digital supply and use of geographic information worth in excess of £100m, on behalf of over 150 government departments and public bodies;
- advising the Ministry of Defence in relation to a £800 million service and development project under the negotiated procedure;
- advising the Foreign & Commonwealth Office Services trading fund in relation to various commercial matters including procurement and partnering; and
- advising Royal Botanic Gardens, Kew on procurement using the restricted procedure.
