Burges Salmon has a well-established team of Project Managers that sit within our Transformation & Projects Team.  The team consists of Project Managers, Legal Project Managers, Business Analysts, Innovation Specialists and Change Managers.   

Our Legal Project Management team includes qualified Project Managers (APM and/or PRINCE 2 Agile qualified) and qualified lawyers. Our legal backgrounds provides the team with the depth and knowledge to understand the strategic, commercial and legal objectives of client and legal teams and how best to adapt project management tools and approaches to streamline processes, deliver operational efficiencies and optimise client legal spend.
