We are proud to be one of the Premier Partners to the TEDxBristol 2017 event, which takes place at Colston Hall on Thursday 2 and Friday 3 November.
TEDxBristol is an independent, voluntary, not-for-profit organisation dedicated to creating thought provoking, original, world-class TEDx talks and delivering inspirational, inclusive and friendly TEDx events in Bristol. Now in its fifth year, TEDxBristol is one of the biggest TEDx events in the UK and has been granted a ‘level 2’ licence by TED.com. The event will attract over 3,000 delegates with thousands more joining online.
TEDx: the 'x' denotes an independently organised event. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a programme of local, self-organised events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience.
TEDxBristol creative director Mel Rodrigues says: “Having Burges Salmon on board from the outset of this project has been so helpful because they have helped set us up as a limited company and provided us with a range of pro-bono legal advice in relation to sponsorship and partnership agreements. This has enabled TEDxBristol to grow and create a world class event to share Bristol’s great ideas with the world, as well as develop education and outreach with young people in the city.
