Advising an Australian listed company on pursuing warranty and indemnity claims against vendor of a private UK company and successfully concluding two separate expert determinations over a completion account/earn out dispute in respect of the same deal.

Advising an English private company on pursuing a substantial warranty claim against the vendor following the acquisition of a retail business.

Advising a German private company on pursuing a warranty claim against the Scottish vendors of an English private company to recover costs incurred in defending unexpected third party litigation (including utilisation of a QC clause).

Advising an English private company on its claim against an expert valuer to recover losses incurred as a result of a negligent valuation of shares acquired by a majority shareholder following settlement of shareholder dispute.

Advising an English PLC on pursuing a warranty claim against the vendor of a group of companies to recover losses caused by the unexpectedly low value of the acquisition.

Advising an English private company on acting for family sellers in claiming earn out payments and defending claims for recovery under sale warranties and restrictive covenants following allegations of competing after a business sale.

Acting for buyers of an English private company in the expert determination of earn out payments based upon subsequent years' performance after sale.
