Overview

Day or night, our lawyers have a track record in responding to major health and safety incidents and emergencies. We have considerable experience supporting client response teams, including those structured to reflect the emergency services' gold/silver/bronze arrangements.

From senior management and board-level strategic direction to representation and support on-site, our service aims to suit our clients' unique needs. Our specialist health and safety lawyers are able to respond quickly to all major health and safety incidents.

We also provide employee witness representation for incidents where separate independent representation is required.

We have assisted clients in a range of high-profile health and safety incidents. For example, we have provided support to clients following transport incidents and industrial explosions, as well as responses to work related fatalities and injuries.
