Advising on the set-up of a fibre optic network 186K on both planning and real estate issues involving acquisition of POP (point of presence) hubs and acquisition of rights through code powers.

Advising a telecoms infrastructure provider on its master site services agreement with its lead telco customer.

Preparing international supply and manufacturing agreements for a leading femtocell vendor.

Preparing an agreement for the manufacture of certain base station products for use with mobile telephony.
