SEC Newgate S.p.A. is a UK public company quoted on AIM UK with operations in Europe, Middle East, Asia and Australia. SEC Newgate will have 600 employees in 30 offices across 14 countries. The combined group has been re-admitted to trading on AIM.
The complex cross-border transaction, which constituted a reverse takeover under the AIM Rules, was structured as a UK scheme of arrangement.
