Leading UK law firm Burges Salmon has been ranked as one of the top Legal Advisers in the Clean Energy Pipeline Global.
The firm is ranked as the no.1 legal adviser in the Venture Capital & Private Equity and M&A table. The report notes that the firm was the most active provider of legal advisory services to participants in VC/PE and M&A transactions by deal numbers, advising on 27 deals totalling $485 million. This includes M&A deals involving solar PV farms, wind farms and a number of UK-based clean energy companies.
