Burges Salmon hires new insolvency partner

Today we have announced that Patrick Cook is to join the firm as a partner in its Corporate Turnaround & Insolvency practice.  He joins from Taylor Wessing, where he had been Head of the Restructuring and Corporate Recovery practice.

Patrick, who is due to join on 1st September, is a specialist restructuring and corporate insolvency lawyer, with extensive experience in the banking and finance sector, which will be his focus on joining Burges Salmon. The firm's Corporate Turnaround & Insolvency practice offers a multi-disciplinary team which draws on the wide range of specialists within the firm to suit the particular needs of any given instruction.
