Akshay (Shay) is a Professional Support Lawyer for the firm and ensures that clients’ needs are met with a focus on the outcomes required, cost implications and the practicability of deliverables.
His responsibilities include:
- the preparation and delivery of employment law training for our clients
- writing legal updates for our clients as well as leading HR publications such as Employers’ Law and Personnel Today
- enhancing the employment team’s operational delivery
- organising business development initiatives
- and keeping the employment team up-to-date with legal and industry developments.
Shay specialises in advising employers on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues, including the provision of advice on a major restructuring project at a large UK plc.
