Amanda is a senior associate in the firm's corporate team with core expertise in commercial.

Amanda's work focuses on commercial contracts and transactional intellectual property across a broad range of sectors including food and retail. This includes advising on:

• terms and conditions (including consumer facing terms)
• manufacturing and distribution arrangements
• service agreements
• cloud services arrangements, and 
• licensing arrangements.

Amanda also advises on a range of GDPR and privacy issues. 

• Advising a FTSE 250 manufacturing company in relation to its procurement of cloud services and assisting in negotiations of the licence and related services agreements. 
• Acting for Waitrose on a range of commercial contracts, including agreements for the business-to-business supply of goods and services from key suppliers.
• Advising a UK dairy company on various contractual arrangements, including on its supply agreement with a key milk product manufacturer.  
• Advising an educational charity on its terms and conditions and compliance with consumer protection legislation. 
• Acting for a major food supplier in relation to negotiations of a distribution agreement with an international coffee chain.
