Andzelika is a solicitor in the firm's construction and engineering team. She qualified as a solicitor in 2017 before joining the firm in March 2018. 

She has advised a variety of clients, including:

Andzelika has a particular interest in non-contentious construction and engineering law.


  • Advising in relation to a £180 million 600 sq.ft redevelopment in central Bristol. Creating a mixed-use scheme including a food court, restaurants, offices, apartments and a high-rise hotel. Involved in negotiating and drafting a number of construction contracts including JCT Design and Build building contract, professional appointments and collateral warranties.
  • Advising on refinancing within the onshore wind sector. The portfolio consisted of ROC-accredited operating onshore wind farms at several locations. Involved with reviewing O&Ms, BOPs and TSA contracts as well as preparing a DD report on the high risk issues.
  • Providing regular advice to one of the UK’s leading renewable energy company. Involved in reviewing O&Ms and EPC contracts as well as tender documentation on various UK projects.
  • Acting for public authorities in relation to major redevelopments within their portfolio such as a £95 million redevelopment including a remodelling of the top seven floors to provide 48 luxury apartments in Central London and a 30,0000 sq.ft super-prime residential scheme in Central London.
