Annabel is a senior associate in the dispute resolution team. She regularly advises clients on commercially significant and complex civil disputes. Annabel acts for a wide range of corporate and government clients in disputes across different industry sectors.

  • Representing the National Crime Agency in defence of a £250 million compensation claim, being the first major section 283 POCA claim to be brought before the Courts.
  • Defending a non-departmental government body on a multi-million pound procurement challenge in the nuclear sector.
  • Representing a shareholder in defence of a high value s994 unfair prejudice petition concerning a pharmaceutical joint venture.
  • Advising a high net worth entrepreneur in relation to pursuing the former CEO of his industry-leading private healthcare business.
  • Advising an investment fund manager on an insurance notification dispute and issues arising from 'unregulated collective investment schemes' and 'non-mainstream pooled investment schemes'.
  • Advising Waterstones Booksellers in relation to various disputes and asset management issues arising from their nationwide property portfolio.
  • Secondment to EDF Energy to manage a portfolio of claims and advise on regulatory, corporate and supply chain disputes.
