Overview

Chloe is a senior associate in the firm's dispute resolution team. Chloe advises on a broad range of complex commercial disputes, with a particular focus on contentious intellectual property matters and procurement challenges. Chloe works with her colleagues to help clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. She is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise.

On intellectual property matters, Chloe advises clients from a variety of sectors on a broad range issues, including trade mark infringement and passing off, copyright infringement and design infringement. She also advises on intellectual property issues arising online, including the enforcement and take down of infringing content on social media and domain name disputes.

Chloe is fluent in both Spanish and English. She has completed the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Oxford and is a regular contributor to the firm’s intellectual property bulletin, Concept.

 
Experience
  • Advising Virgin in relation to various brand protection issues, including domain name and company name disputes and social media and internet issues.
  • Advising media industry clients such as Discovery Channel and the BBC on the clearance of new brands, content and other IP enforcement issues.
  • Acting for Limited Brands Inc. and its subsidiaries, including Victoria's Secret, in relation to EU wide brand protection issues, including copyright and design infringement issues.
  • Acting for a well-known cosmetics company in relation to a High Court trade mark infringement and passing off claim.
