Chris is a partner in the Real Estate Dispute Resolution team, helping clients arrive at the right solution to their issue, minimising impact and maximising success. He is supported by our extensive dispute resolution practice with a proven track record in the highest-profile cases and cross-border, multi-sector expertise. 

He acts for clients across all sectors on contentious and risk management issues relating to their real estate portfolios. He has particular experience and expertise in acting for real estate development and retail clients. Chris also regularly advises operators and landowners on telecoms-related issues.

• Acting for Torbay Borough Council on a £10 million claim by a developer in respect of a development agreement relating to Oldway Mansion in Paignton.
• Acting for the John Lewis Partnership on the asset management of their property portfolio.
