Danny is a corporate finance partner, based in the firm's Edinburgh office. He specialises in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and joint ventures. Danny's primary focus is in the energy sector (renewables in particular), but also acts for a number of clients in the technology, life sciences and food and drink sectors.
