With tribunal statistics revealing unfair dismissal claims are on the up by a mammoth 28.7%, many employers are facing or will face the prospect of an employment tribunal claim being brought against them. These claims impact on businesses significantly both financially and in management time. What steps need to be taken to prepare a case for hearing? What is it like to appear as a witness? Due to an overwhelming response, the CRC seminar for the 23rd March is now full. However the seminar will be re-run on the 24th of March and this date is open for registration. The Carbon Reduction Commitment Energy Efficiency Scheme ("CRC") commences in April and brings with it compliance challenges for businesses and public bodies across all sectors.
