Diversity and Discrimination
We work with a number of major employers in both the private and public sectors to help them manage diversity and discrimination issues. This includes working with our clients to draw up and implement diversity policies, including providing diversity training to managers. We also regularly advise on day to day issues, such as dealing with maternity and flexible and family friendly working requests. We also deal with complex and high value discrimination claims in the employment tribunals.
