Burges Salmon deploys multi-disciplinary team to support Enray Power with major renewable energy project in North Yorkshire

We have advised Enray Power Ltd, a developer, owner and operator of renewable energy projects in the UK, on the procurement, construction, offtake arrangements and senior debt financing with Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A of its Camblesforth Solar Farm project.

Project overview and environmental impact

Located near Selby, North Yorkshire, the 68.5 MWp PV coupled with 24 MWh BESS project will provide green energy to 22,800 UK homes whilst offsetting 17,500teq of CO2 each year. The scheme will also provide over 16% in biodiversity net gain to create and preserve natural habitats and has an associated community benefit fund to enhance amenities for the local community.
