Acting for ICG Longbow on a £30 million syndicated term loan investment facility for a portfolio of 30 commercial properties and residential properties in central London.

Advising National Express Group plc on various debt facilities, including a £450 million revolving credit facility.

Advising a UK bank on refinancing of a large group of food supplier companies involving a £100 million revolving credit facility and £40 million accordion facility.

Advising Beechbrook Capital LLP on £10 million unitranche facility to assist in the acquisition of the SR Group.

Acting for Temporis as Agent and Security Agent on an £82.7 million project financing of a 52MW onshore wind farm in Scotland by a syndicate of three lenders including the Green Investment Bank.

Acting for an asset finance provider on the £11 million financing of three back-up power plant generators to supply electricity to the National Grid under the Short Term Operating Reserve contracts regime including recourse to the contracts as well as the assets.

Advising a German bank on its £160 million prescription receivables funding facilities to a retail chemist business.

Acting for Lloyds Bank Commercial Finance on a £50 million syndicated receivables finance agreement for Noble Food Group.

Advising on the procurement, leasing and maintenance of a number of new train fleets including Class 175 DMUs for First North Western, Class 180 DMUs for Great Western, Class 360 EMUs for Great Eastern, Class 185 DMUs for TransPennine Express and Class 380 EMUs for First ScotRail.

Acting for Gatehouse Bank on a £20 million murabaha financing to Miflats, a leading owner and manager of private rented sector residential real estate in the UK.

Acting for an investor on its £15 million Islamic finance murabaha facility, including Shariah-compliant hedging.

Advising a B Noteholder in relation to the restructuring of over £200 million of facilities lent to a listed property company (including the related inter-lender, special servicing and control valuation issues).

Acting for an international tobacco group on a range of derivative matters in relation to ISDA Master Agreements and Schedules, Spot FX umbrella trading arrangements and netting and collateral arrangements.

Advising a UK clearing bank on the legal and regulatory impact of migrating 26,000 customers within the recoveries function to a new database, and auditing the team’s processes to identify areas of potential regulatory risk.
