Advising on the sale of the AUB UK Student Accommodation Fund to Unite for £270 million.

Advising German-owned global engineering and construction company M+W Group on a significant UK acquisition.

Advising on the disposal of Sofa Brands International Limited to Promethean Investments.

Advising Cementos Portland Valderrivas (CPV), alongside the Group’s Spanish lawyers Garrigues, on the transfer of CPV’s Southern Cement terminal in Ipswich, UK.

Advising business psychologists Kaisen Consulting on the sale of its business to Deloitte.

Advising the Competition Commission on the corporate aspects of the sale of Stansted Airport to Manchester Airports Group.

Advising on the acquisition by Terraform Power, Inc. of six operational solar projects from Sun Edison Corp. amounting to 62 MWp of installed capacity.

Advising RHP Group (Ireland) on the sale of Calorex Heat Pumps to PCI (Denmark).

Advising Cobham on its purchase of Axell Wireless for up to £85 million.

Advising FirstGroup on the sale of eight of its London bus depots to Metroline (five depots) and Transit Systems Group (three depots) for circa £80 million.

Advising UK dairy co-operative Milk Link on its merger with Danish dairy co-operative Arla Foods amba to create a £2 billion UK dairy business.

Advising CMST Development Co. (China) on its $60 million acquisition of a majority stake in Henry Bath & Son Limited.

Advising SPC Acquisitions Limited on its acquisition of a portfolio of rooftop solar sites from Oxford Capital Partners.

Advising Co-operative Group on the sale of its Farms business for £249 million to the Wellcome Trust.
