Overview

Our arbitration lawyers are experienced in both domestic and international arbitration law. We have led a range of arbitrations across various key sectors, including those which form part of the largest and most complex projects. We are particularly experienced in construction and engineering, infrastructure, energy and process, transport, defence, aviation, joint ventures and corporate disputes, insurance and sport.

As well as ad hoc arbitrations, we conduct domestic and international arbitrations according to commonly used rules, including ICC, LCIA and UNCITRAL. Our arbitration lawyers work across all parts of the UK, as well as all major European and international jurisdictions.

All of our arbitration lawyers are also litigators with experience in other dispute resolution methods and Will Gard is a practising arbitrator and chartered engineer. The team also includes a chartered surveyor. With our wide range of sectorial expertise, our arbitration team offers pragmatic advice with a commercial focus. Coupled with our specialist expertise in the procedure and tactics of international and domestic arbitrations, we are able to provide our clients with the highest quality service.

The combination of our strategic and procedural knowledge and commercial advice gives you the best possible result.
