Overview

The industrial and logistics sector is undergoing rapid change. The rise of e-commerce, evolving global supply chains, decentralised energy, district heat, smart infrastructure and electric and autonomous fleets are all shaping the future of the sector.

The strength of our real estate industrial and logistics team is our ability to bring together sector specialists in Energy, Transport and Infrastructure and related Real Estate sectors (such as Retail) to provide a broader perspective on the issues that matter to the industrial and logistics sector.

We combine our sector knowledge with specialist expertise in key areas such as environmental law, planning and construction to ensure developers, investors and occupiers can maximise the value of their assets at all stages of the asset lifecycle.
