Greater London Authority: on housing-led/mixed-use and employment-led redevelopment and regeneration projects across London with multi-billion pound combined GVDs.

UK Atomic Energy Authority: on the development of the Culham Science Centre, one of the world’s leading fusion, science and technology centres.

YOO Development Limited on a joint venture with Atenor and Ascendal Group Limited, for the regeneration of a 1.5-acre site in Westbourne Park, West London.

Translink (NI Railways): on its procurement of a development partner for a transport orientated development project for a mixed-use, employment-led regeneration in Belfast City centre – creating a new neighbourhood for Belfast called Weavers Cross.

YTL Developments: on the regeneration of the former Filton airfield, the birthplace of Concorde, to create a new community with 2,675 new homes, 62 acres of employment space, parkland, a new education district, a thriving town-centre and (in the hangars where Concorde was built) a new arena for Bristol and the wider South West.

University of Bristol: on the development of the Temple Quarter Enterprise Campus Bristol, one of the largest single development projects in the South West.

Cardiff Parkway: on the transport orientated development of a new 1 million sq ft business park and mixed-use scheme on a 160-acre green-field site, together with a new Cardiff Parkway railway station and park & ride facility.

Lands Improvement Holdings: on the Linmere development scheme, a 630-acre site to the north of London. Once developed, the scheme will comprise 5,000+ homes, 1.25 million sq ft of distribution space, up to 1 million sq ft of retail, office and leisure plus open space, schools and community facilities.
