Advising The Crown Estate on the procurement of its St James’s Market project, a £400 million redevelopment of three sites in London to deliver nearly 28,000m2 of mixed use accommodation – the largest single project that The Crown Estate has ever undertaken.

Advising a consortium contractor on the construction of the £4.2 billion Thames Tideway Tunnel project.

Advising Amazon Web Services in relation to its UK/EMEA operations, including its assets and infrastructure.

Construction Dispute Resolution

Acting for a national contractor in an ongoing series of adjudications relating to a complex waste to energy PFI scheme. Advising on multiple disputes including the provision and payment of utilities, contractual interpretation, insolvency, delay and defects.

Acting for a train operating company in a series of adjudications relating to constructions works to stations, including issues relating to payment notices and regimes.

Acting for a contractor in a dispute concerning the construction of a berthing facility in South America.

Acting for a contractor in a payment dispute under a LOGIC contract and BIMCO charter party agreement relating to a tidal energy project.

Advising the owner of a long leasehold in a hotel and residential high-rise building in relation to defects in the curtain walling, taking into account insolvency and health and safety related issues.
