Our intellectual property portfolio protection lawyers focus on helping clients protect their valuable brands and designs worldwide. The team includes a specialist UK and European trade mark attorney. We also maintain close links with a network of patent attorneys, enabling us to advise our clients on the protection of inventions.

We have expertise in all aspects of intellectual property portfolio protection. We understand the value of our clients’ brands and provide the most pragmatic, commercial advice to protect their global assets. Our range of experience includes more unusual and complex work such as protection of certification marks and appeals to the General Court in Luxembourg.

As an integral part of the wider intellectual property team, we are able to support clients across the full life-cycle of their intellectual property. This includes registration of intellectual property rights, together with expert advice on enforcement and exploitation.
