Overview

Our outsourcing lawyers provide end-to-end, strategic outsourcing advice for all types of on and offshore business processes. Our experience of working for both users and vendors of outsourcing services gives us a unique understanding of the pressures faced by clients on both sides of the table.

From IT, telecoms, HR, accounting and finance to payroll, claims processing, customer care, asset management, marketing, and training, we cover all types of outsourcing projects. We provide expert guidance to our clients, whether they are outsourcing for the first time or are seeking to renew or replace an existing contract.

Our outsourcing lawyers work as part of the client team in the competitive tendering process and our advice covers the entire lifecycle of an outsourcing project; from transition planning and statements of work to post-completion support and exit management.
