Overview

Global investment in sport, its participants and competitions increases yearly. With the value of commercial rights being so high, organisations need specialist advice to protect their interests and capitalise on new opportunities.

Our sport brand management lawyers advise clients on all aspects of the management, protection and enforcement of sports' commercial interests. We specialise in providing clear, creative solutions to sport brand management issues. Our expert team has proven experience in complex commercial agreements and the tools used to enforce them.

We advise on sport brand management strategies for a number of high profile, commercial organisations and stakeholders in sport. We have experience of using the full range of enforcement opportunities where rights are challenged. We also specialise in sport sponsorship arrangements.

Our sport brand management team is led by partner Jeremy Dickerson. He is recognised by Chambers UK, Legal 500, 'Who's Who Legal' and 'World Trade Mark Law Report' as an expert in trade mark law.
