FTSE 250 Cobham PLC on the global outsourcing to CSC of its Oracle enterprise resource planning platform spanning 27 sites in Europe, the US and South America (we previously advised on the implementation of the Oracle ERP solution).

The Competition Commission on the new IT outsourcing to be embedded within the enforced £1.5bn sale of Gatwick Airport by BAA PLC, and on equivalent IT outsourcings applicable to the sales of Edinburgh and Stansted airports.

Coca-Cola HBC on the cross border outsourcing of its primary and back-up European data centres covering 33,000 employees across 26 countries, through a competitive tendering process involving 3 parallel bidders.

The Exeter (Exeter Friendly Society) on the design and implementation of a new software platform and separately a business process outsourcing (BPO) to AXA PPP comprising the outsourcing of its claims administration and clinical management services.
