International overview

UK legal advice for European and Russian clients and law firms

We provide our European clients with UK sector and specialist legal advice across all three UK Jurisdictions (England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland). Clients understand that we provide the best mix of advice, service and value.

We also work alongside significant European law firms who benefit from our sector knowledge, areas of expertise and resources. Our independence is a key attraction because they know that we have no ambitions to compete with their domestic markets.

European legal advice for our clients

We have developed excellent working relationships with leading law firms throughout the region and regularly provide and co-ordinate pan-European advice for our international clients using a bespoke network of leading independent law firms selected for their sector and specialist expertise. Because we are not restricted to using any one firm in any European jurisdiction we can ensure we have the very best match of sector and specialist expertise to meet our clients’ needs. We meet regularly with our key European Preferred Law Firms to ensure we continue to deliver a seamless service and to share our sector knowledge. We are regularly in the region meeting our clients and attending specialist international conferences.

We have a multitude of experience co-ordinating and project managing multi-jurisdictional advice for our US clients, particularly across Europe.

Working with leading local law firms in Russia who are experienced in and committed to the particular needs of this region, we can provide clients with legal advice and advisers who are best able to assist them in navigating the challenges of working in a fast moving dynamic environment.
