Exciting opportunity to join our Partner Experience Team as a Partner Experience Advisor!
 
Help us support partner wellbeing and maintain a productive work environment. We're looking for a full-time, permanent Partner Experience Advisor to join our People Team. You will handle administrative tasks related to integrating partners, managing promotions, overseeing performance systems, and supporting wellbeing.

You will collaborate with various business service teams, including the wider people team and finance (tax) team, to ensure seamless integration, promotion, and performance management processes.

What You'll Be Doing:
•    Champion partner wellbeing initiatives
•    Support partner integration, promotion and performance processes
•    Coordinate annual partner review and development cycles
•    Maintain and manage partner data
•    Attend meetings and take notes 
•    Supporting other partner-related initiatives e.g. retirement transition support

What we're looking for:
•    Experience in administrative roles within professional services
•    Human Resource experience (desirable) 
•    Discretion and confidentiality 
•    Strong organisation and communication skills
•    Customer-focused mindset
