Are you passionate about nurturing and developing emerging talent? Do you excel in leading teams to achieve strategic goals? Are you looking to make a significant impact at a forward-thinking law firm? We're looking for a Senior Resourcing Manager to lead our emerging talent team on a fixed term contract for 12 months.
As the Senior Resourcing Manager for Emerging Talent, you will oversee the activities of the emerging talent team, managing the resourcing business partners who handle the recruitment and programme management for trainees and apprentices. You will be a key member of the resourcing leadership team, leading on significant strategic projects and represent the team at board level.
