Burges Salmon has been appointed to the Costain Group PLC legal panel, for three years from 2015 to 2017, to provide legal advice across its business including in relation to Construction and Engineering, Insurance, Real Estate, Corporate, IP/IT/Data Protection and Employment.
Costain is one of the UK’s leading engineering solutions providers and is involved in many important transportation, energy and water projects across the UK.
The appointment to the panel, alongside Clyde & Co and Pinsent Masons, is recognition of the strategic fit both companies share as a result of their focus and expertise in the UK infrastructure and natural resources markets.
