Hannah Wilson Associate

Hannah is an associate in the Corporate Finance team, with a focus on renewable energy transactions. She qualified in September 2019 and joined Burges Salmon in January 2022.

Hannah has experience working with companies on a variety of corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions. She works with a range of clients including individuals, private companies and institutions on UK and cross-border transactions.

Her experience includes advising:

• Atrato Partners on the acquisition of a number of ground-mounted and rooftop solar PV and battery storage projects;
• Beauparc Utilities, headquartered in Ireland, on several acquisitions of hazardous and non-hazardous waste businesses;
• a French client on the acquisition of a UK target comprising c. 40 solar subsidiaries with several cross-border elements pertaining to the jurisdictions of Luxembourg, Australia and the Netherlands; and
• an Israeli-financed vehicle on the acquisition of an anaerobic digestion plant in the east of England.
