Jamie Reid Senior Associate

Jamie is a senior associate based in the Edinburgh office, specialising in Scottish Real Estate. He has experience advising corporate and industrial occupiers, retailers, developers and investors across a number of different sectors. He has acted in a large number of leases, asset management work, acquisitions and disposals as well as real estate development and finance work. He has also supported on larger renewable energy projects advising on complex title issues.

• Acted for a large national logistics organisation in the acquisition, lettings and financing of a number of single and multi-let warehouse and distribution sites across Scotland.
• Acted for the proprietor of a large portfolio of townhouse offices in central Edinburgh providing support on asset management and lettings.
• Supported in the sale of large estates containing strategic energy assets in the Highlands.
• Acted in the taking of options for leases by renewable developers of battery storage and wind farm sites.
