  • Advising a European utility in respect of the development of its heat businesses in the United Kingdom.
  • Advising major UK retailer in respect of its heat supply arrangements in London.
  • Advising Ascent (a Babcock and Lockheed Martin JV) in respect of the UK Military Flying Training System project, involving the provision of certain aircraft, infrastructure, ICT systems and simulators.
  • Advising the Ministry of Defence in respect of a competitive procurement for the design and installation of new power units for the Type 45 destroyer.
