Michal is a solicitor in the firm's corporate finance team and trained and qualified with the firm in 2017. He has a broad range of experience working with companies on a variety of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, equity investments, and group restructurings.

Michal works with a range of individuals, public and private companies and institutions on UK and cross-border transactions.

  • Advising the majority shareholders of Unicorn Training Group, the UK’s leading provider of learning technology solutions, on the acquisition of the company by The Access Group, a leading provider of business software to mid-sized UK organisations.
  • Advising Phillips 66 Limited, Houston-based energy manufacturing and logistics company, on its acquisition of NJB Services Limited, a UK company with interests in five fuel filling sites in the North of England.
  • Advising SAF-HOLLAND, German commercial vehicle supplier, on its investment into telematics and connectivity specialist Axscend Group. 
  • Advising FB Investors on its partial offer for Sutton Harbour Holdings plc.
  • Advising Welsh Water Infrastructure on the acquisition of a food waste anaerobic digestion and composting plant in Cardiff.
