Overview

Peter is an associate in the real estate team. He joined the legal profession following 11 years working in the construction and property sectors as a chartered quantity surveyor and a project manager.

His practice areas include real estate investment, development, corporate occupier and asset management. He acts for both UK and global investors, developers, corporate occupiers and asset owners and operates within the office, leisure, student accommodation and retail sectors.

Highly self-motivated and reliable with a strong focus on client service, Peter draws upon his commercial and technical experience together with his project management skills to add value to the provision and delivery of legal services in support of clients' objectives.

Peter is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and is certified as a PRINCE2 Practitioner project manager.
