Alice is a senior associate in the firm’s Real Estate team. She qualified in 2016 and assists both institutional and private landowners with rural property matters relating to farms and estates.
Experience
Assisting both institutional landowners and private individuals with:
- The acquisition of freehold properties, including properties subject to agricultural and commercial tenancies.
- The disposal of freehold properties, including negotiating clawback deeds.
- Reviewing the title to freehold land in preparation for disposals to developers.
- Granting agricultural tenancies, including Farm Business Tenancies and Agricultural Holdings Act tenancies.
- Surrender or variation to existing tenancies to facilitate disposals or development.
- Registration of unregistered land at HM Land Registry.
