Overview

Amy is a commercial litigator with extensive experience at all levels of the Scottish Court system, in particular the Court of Session, in a wide range of commercial litigation, including contractual disputes, property related litigation, insolvency proceedings, Judicial reviews, procurement challenges and statutory/regulatory appeals.

She has also represented clients in public inquiries, expert determinations, adjudications and mediation.

Amy has acted for commercial and private clients across sectors including transport, real estate, healthcare, construction, public sector, food and drink, hotels and financial services. She has also acted in cross-border cases for clients in England & Wales, Ireland, continental Europe, the Middle East, Mexico and Miami.
