Caroline also advises on professional negligence disputes relating to wills, trusts, tax and occupational pension schemes (both single and multi-employer).

Caroline regularly advises on both domestic and multi-jurisdictional disputes. She acts for a broad range of clients, including high net worth individuals, personal representatives and trustees.
